Terms for the review prize draw<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t

  1. The recipients of the information supplied by participants are Room Fox GmbH, Johannisstra\u00dfe 112\/113<\/b> and Room Fox FFM GmbH, Johannisstra\u00dfe 112\/113<\/strong>.<\/li>
  2. Participation in the prize draw is possible only under these terms. By submitting a review on one of the listed platforms, participants expressly accept these terms. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or end the prize draw at any time without prior notice or explanation.<\/li>
  3. The prize draw takes place monthly and began on 1 December 2020.<\/li>
  4. Each month, one Room Fox voucher worth \u20ac50 can be won. Cash payment is excluded.<\/li>
  5. Entry is made by submitting a review on one of the named review platforms during the relevant month. The organiser must be able to contact or identify the reviewer through the platform, their name or other information. If this is not possible, the reviewer may email info@room-fox.de<\/a> and refer to the review.<\/li>
  6. The winner is drawn privately after the end of the relevant month. Entry requires compliance with point 5.<\/li>
  7. Winners are informed by email or through the platform. They must provide the requested information by email to info@room-fox.de within five working days of notification. If acceptance is not confirmed in time, the claim to the prize expires and a replacement winner is drawn in the same way. There is no obligation to accept the prize.<\/li>
  8. Any personal data collected for the prize draw is collected, processed and used solely to run the prize draw and is deleted afterwards. Participants expressly consent to this and may withdraw consent at any time by letter, fax or email. Participants are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data they submit.<\/li>
  9. Winners agree that their first name and the room they played may be published.<\/li>
  10. The organiser collects and uses participants’ personal data in accordance with data-protection law.<\/li>
  11. Consent may be withdrawn at any time in writing, by telephone or by deleting the relevant review. The participant then also withdraws from the prize draw.<\/li>
