Frequently asked questions
In this online escape game, your mission takes you through a series of interactive scenes—for example, an office containing a locked safe. Examine and select the objects around you, use them as tools and combine them with the different puzzles to progress.
No. You can play Part 2 without completing Part 1, although we recommend starting with Part 1 so that you can follow the story more easily.
Buy the online game directly from this website by adding it to your basket and completing payment. Shortly afterwards, you will receive your personal game link.
The game works for solo players and groups of up to six. One game link allows up to six devices to play simultaneously. For more than six devices, split into separate teams and purchase one link per team. Those teams play independently, so you can turn it into a race. Team members can join from anywhere, even if they are spread across the country.
Everyone opens the personal game link and starts at the same time. Your screens remain synchronised in real time, so when one player selects an object, the others see it too. We recommend staying connected by video chat or a group call while you play. Just like in an escape room, you discuss hidden clues and work out together how to interpret them.
Play on a computer or iPad using Firefox, Chrome, Safari or Edge. The adventure does not work on smartphones or tablets other than the iPad. For group communication, use headphones or a second device such as your phone to avoid overlapping audio. Keep a pen and paper nearby—taking notes may help.
Your personal link remains valid for one year and expires once you have successfully completed the game.
If you leave the game for any reason, open the same link to return to the point you last reached. Your progress is saved.
Every challenge includes hints. The more hints you reveal, the easier it becomes to find the solution.
