Planning your visit
Our five indoor adventures in Frankfurt are designed for different team sizes. Depending on the adventure, between two and ten people play together. Up to 35 guests can start across all five adventures at the same time. Your room always belongs exclusively to your team.
RFPD Frankfurt is designed for 12 to 80 people. The adventure lasts around 2.5 hours; including arrival and departure, please allow around three hours.
The recommended age is shown on each adventure card. Special children’s birthday versions of The Forest and The Forbidden Discovery are available from the 10th birthday. For children under 14, an adult accompanies the group free of charge.
All indoor adventures in Frankfurt can be played in German or English; select the language when booking. Outdoor and home adventures are currently available in German.
Physical requirements and accessibility vary by adventure. If someone in your group has individual requirements, please contact us before booking. We will help you choose a suitable experience without making assumptions about your needs.
Room Fox Frankfurt is around seven minutes on foot from the main railway station. We recommend the “Am Theater” or “Untermainanlage” car parks, each about five minutes away. Our address is Moselstraße 4, 60329 Frankfurt am Main.
The experience
After a short introduction, your mission begins. You explore the setting, connect clues and solve the story together. Your game master follows the adventure from outside and can give you hints whenever required.
Indoor adventures include 60 minutes of play; please allow around 90 minutes on site. RFPD includes around 2.5 hours of play and around three hours in total. Please arrive 15 minutes before your booked start time.
No. Even if you book for two people, your indoor adventure is reserved exclusively for your team.
No. Nobody is locked in at Room Fox. You can pause or end the game at any time for an important reason.
Booking
You can pay by PayPal or credit card. For eligible short-notice bookings, payment by debit or credit card may also be possible on site.
Online bookings are normally possible until 8:30 p.m. on the previous day. For more spontaneous plans, call or email us and we will check what is still available.
FlexiFux
- Up to 72 hours before the game: a voucher for the full amount.
- From 72 hours before the game until 9:00 a.m. on the day: a voucher minus a €40 fee.
- After 9:00 a.m. on the day: no cancellation; the full price is due.
PremiumFux
- Up to 72 hours before the game: a voucher or refund.
- From 72 hours before the game until 9:00 a.m. on the day: a voucher for the full amount.
- From 9:00 a.m. until four hours before the game: a voucher minus a €40 fee.
- During the final four hours: no cancellation; the full price is due.
If the four-hour deadline falls before 9:00 a.m., the four-hour deadline applies.
Reducing the group size
FlexiFux: Reduction until 9:00 a.m. on the day in exchange for a voucher.
PremiumFux: Reduction up to 72 hours beforehand with a refund, then until 9:00 a.m. on the day in exchange for a voucher.
The minimum group size must still be met.
Important
- A cancellation or rescheduling request is valid only if it reaches us in time by email, voicemail or in person.
- The rules also apply to unpaid bookings.
- Puzzle walks and online escape games cannot be cancelled.
Rate assignment for cancellations and rescheduling
Flexi rates: All adventures with FlexiFux in the name, student and trainee rates, school classes, social organisations, puzzle-table hire and all other date-specific rates not marked as Premium.
Premium rates: All adventures with PremiumFux in the name.
Non-cancellable: Puzzle walks and online escape games.
