We are looking for a part-time or full-time location manager for our Frankfurt venue. This varied role combines guest management and escape-room operations with the ongoing development of the venue and its team.

Your responsibilities

  • Developing the Frankfurt venue
  • Regular coordination and reporting to management
  • Coordinating and recruiting game masters
  • Planning game-master shifts
  • Reviewing and improving existing escape games
  • Coordinating the implementation of new puzzle concepts
  • Carrying out minor maintenance and repairs
  • Answering enquiries by phone and email
  • Looking after guests before, during and after their escape game

Ideally, you are already familiar with the escape-room concept. We also welcome creativity, practical skills or programming knowledge and an interest in developing future game ideas.
